A small device wired into your vehicle reads its position from GPS satellites and sends that position over the mobile network to our servers. The app and web dashboard read from those servers, which is why you see the vehicle move in near real time rather than on a delay.
Cars, motorcycles, vans, pickups, trucks, buses, loaders and construction plant. The device differs by vehicle type but the app, dashboard and monitoring service are the same.
Call our monitoring room. We locate the vehicle immediately, keep a live position on it, and coordinate with the police station handling the report until it is recovered. On packages with immobiliser control we can also cut the ignition once the vehicle has come to a stop.
Yes. Tracking works anywhere with GSM coverage, which includes all major cities, motorways and most rural routes. Where signal drops the device stores positions and uploads them when it reconnects, so the trip history stays complete.
It is staffed 24 hours a day, every day, from our office in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. If your vehicle raises an alert at 3am, somebody sees it and calls you.

It is fitted out of sight and wired into the harness rather than plugged into an accessible port. If the power is cut or the wiring tampered with, the device sends an alert on its own backup battery before it goes offline.
Yes, on packages that include reporting. Idle time is recorded per vehicle and per driver, and with a fuel sensor fitted you also get tank level, refill verification and drain alerts.
